Bring your parking ticket with you into the museum. Pay at the self-service kiosks in the entrance stairwell or at the museum admissions desk. The Strong is not responsible for fees incurred at off-site locations. Parking in The Strong\u2019s garage is restricted to museum guest use only. Unauthorized cars may be towed at the owner\u2019s expense. Overnight parking and tailgating are not permitted. Parking fees are not refundable. Parking fees and processes subject to change. Parking is not permitted on Savannah Street between the hotel and garage.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container copyFull\" style=\"padding:0px 0px;\">\n    <div class=\"grid\">\n        <div class=\"col-12\">\n           <h3>Accessible Parking<\/h3>\n<p>Accessible parking spaces can be found on levels one, two, and three of the museum\u2019s parking garage. A disabled parking placard or license plate is required.<\/p>\n<h3>Electric Vehicle Parking<\/h3>\n<p>Limited electric vehicle parking spaces are available at the bottom of level one in the museum\u2019s parking garage. The fee is $0.40 per kWh. Prices subject to change. Please download the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chargepoint.com\/about\/news\/new-chargepoint-mobile-app-here\/\">ChargePoint app<\/a> to your mobile device to use a charging station.<\/p>\n<h3>Buses and RVs<\/h3>\n<p>The museum has limited off-site parking for buses and RVs. Street parking may be available nearby and there may be a fee associated with street parking. Take I-490 East to Exit 15 (keep to the left where the exit splits off). At the traffic light, proceed straight onto Howell Street. Turn left onto Savannah Street to enter the garage.<\/p>\n<p>From the East: Take the NYS Thruway to Exit 45 (Rochester). Take I-490 West to Exit 16 (Clinton Ave.\/Downtown). At the first traffic light, turn right onto Woodbury Blvd. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Chestnut St., then left on Howell Street. Enter the parking garage, located on the left.<\/p>\n<p>From the South: Take I-390 North to I-590 North. Follow I-590 North to I-490 West. Take I-490 West to Exit 16 (Clinton Ave.\/Downtown). At the first traffic light, turn right onto Woodbury Blvd. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Chestnut St., then left on Howell Street. Enter the parking garage, located on the left.<\/p>\n<h3>By Bus<\/h3>\n<p>RTS is the regional, public transportation provider serving both city and suburban travelers. Stops on the RTS system are within easy walking distance of The Strong museum. The bus system offers departure points across Monroe County and connecting routes from Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Wayne, and other neighboring counties.<\/p>\n<h3>By Air<\/h3>\n<p>Guests flying into the Greater Rochester International Airport will enjoy short flight times\u2014less than 90 minutes\u2014from cities such as Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Toronto, and Washington, DC. Once at the airport, a 10-minute taxi ride or rideshare will bring you to The Strong museum.<\/p>\n<h3>By Rail<\/h3>\n<p>The Rochester, New York, region has more than 60 weekly Amtrak passenger rail departures from downtown.
